Ingredients

  • 1 dl shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 0.5 dl diced cucumber
  • 0.75 dl shrimp
  • 25 grams of horseradish cheese
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs

Do as follows:

  1. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat a frying pan with butter and pour in the batter.
  2. Bake for a minute or until the omelette is firm. Place on a plate and add a dollop of horseradish cheese.
  3. Add prawns and top with cucumber and dill. Fold the omelet and serve with lemon, dill sprig and salad.
